Event Overview: In response to the devastating floods that have wreaked havoc in our community, Abigael Emulua CBO organized a relief activity to provide essential supplies to the affected families. The event was marked by the distribution of mattresses and mosquito nets to ensure the comfort and health of those displaced by the floods.

Their enthusiasm and willingness to help showcased the communal spirit and resilience in the face of adversity.

 

  1. Finance Manager Addressing the Affected Families: The Finance Manager, George Kweya, took the stage to address the affected families. The manager reassured them of continuous support and detailed the relief efforts undertaken by the organization. This gesture provided much-needed comfort and hope to the families, reinforcing the community’s solidarity during these challenging times.

 

  1. Programs Director's Address and Distribution: Following the Finance Manager's speech, the Programs Director, Abigael Asigi, addressed the assembled members. The Director highlighted the importance of the distribution event and outlined the ongoing initiatives to support flood victims. After the address, the distribution of mattresses and mosquito nets commenced, ensuring that every family received the necessary supplies to mitigate the immediate hardships caused by the floods.
